We provide an extensive two week in-store training program for new franchisees and their management team at one of Alijandro’s corporate stores. Two weeks of staff training begins during a franchisee’s soft launch at the franchisee’s location, two weeks prior to grand opening. Our Franchise Trainers also present and provide launch support for two weeks post-grand opening, at which point the restaurant is assigned a Regional Business Coach for dedicated ongoing support.

Once you become an Alijandro’s franchise owner, our team is here to support you with every aspect of operating your franchise business. We provide support in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, Training, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing.
