Our services include: Filmset catering, corporate events, weddings, engagements, birthdays, and many more in addition to custom menus tailored to your event, taste, and dietary preferences.

ALIJANDRO'S Story

Alijandro’s story begins in 15th-century Haifa, Palestine. At 16, Ali-Yousef joined the Ottoman army, bringing his father’s love of food and spices. In Constantinople, he opened a food cart, blending Palestinian flavors with Mediterranean tastes. His bold use of spices made him popular, eventually earning him a spot as personal chef to Sultan Murad III. But after falling for the Sultan’s daughter, he was exiled to war. Escaping in Spain, he settled in Valencia, where he fused Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. Using local ingredients and cocoa, he created new culinary delights that reflected his journey and passion.
